For questions about your account, an API key, a plan, a charge or a refund, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Creem as our Merchant of Record, and billing and payment receipts are issued by Creem.
Abuse reports and takedown
If you believe content produced with HeyFake depicts you without consent, infringes your intellectual-property rights or otherwise violates our Terms of Service, email [email protected] with identification of the content, a description of the violation and your contact details. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
